My expertise extends into facilitating regenerative community processes, including ecovillage development, participatory design, and collaborative governance in eco-social contexts. I work with individuals, couples, and groups navigating complexity, transition, and conflict, supporting healthier relational dynamics in communities and organizations, including mediation and conflict transformation.

I naturally work with systems thinking as a core lens, seeing interconnections between ecology, social structures, governance, and human behaviour. This allows me to support communities in identifying patterns and leverage points for meaningful change.

I also design and facilitate non-formal educational programs integrating experiential learning, relational and systems awareness, and inner development. My work emphasizes eco-emotional intelligence, intercultural and youth engagement, and cultivating trust, resilience, and cooperation in collective learning spaces for transformation.

My most relevant training experiences weave inner work with practical community facilitation. I completed the Ecovillage Design Education (Gaia Education, 2022) and the GEN Europe Capacity Building Programme's trainings (2022–2024) in facilitation, participatory education, and community resilience. I am an accredited mediator (Prague, 2024), grounding my work in clear communication and conflict transformation.

I’ve taken part in a series of ecocentric/soulcentric trainings inspired by Bill Plotkin (2021–2026), deepening my ability to guide personal and collective processes. I have completed multiple Vipassana courses (incl. Satipatthana) and served in course roles. A key experience was the 2025 training “Resilience in Times of Collapse” at Tamera (Portugal)–a leading ecovillage and Peace Research Center; integrating Work That Reconnects, NVC, trauma-informed approaches and Forum.

These shaped me into a calm, intuitive facilitator who bridges depth with structure and invite trust.

My qualification weaves together ecological design, relational work, and inner growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Garden and Landscape Planning (Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague, 2017), with a focus on community gardens as catalysts for social change.

I completed the EDE (Gaia Education, 2022), integrating ecological, social, economic, and holistic dimensions of sustainability. I also joined the Global Ecovillage Network Europe Capacity Building Programme (2022–2024), a series of trainings across European ecovillages centered on facilitation, collaborative learning, and community resilience.

I am an accredited mediator (2024), supporting constructive dialogue and navigating complex situations with clarity. My ongoing path includes ecocentric/soulcentric trainings inspired by Bill Plotkin and intensive experiential learning in international settings.

Together, this forms a grounded yet holistic qualification rooted in both systems awareness and human connection.
