My further experience includes using group juggling as a tool for exploring connection and disconnection, and developing board games tailored to different learning purposes. I am a Climate Fresk facilitator and have designed a three-day training on the wellbeing of people and planet based on GreenComp. I have interviewed coffee farmers in Colombia, completed a barista course and created learning experiences on the story of coffee, its types and environmental impact. I co-founded an association promoting entrepreneurial learning with EntreComp and have organised youth-led community festivals that prioritise shared responsibility and prevent burnout.
I spent four years as a Youth Consultant, coordinating youth strategy, supporting a youth council and co-creating a youth and cultural centre with young people, including building community around a bicycle converted into a stage and offering courses in high schools social entrepreneurship.

Designing and implementing a full training course on well-being of people and planet from scratch with during the Nordic Training of Trainers programme under mentorship of experience trainer.

I have contributed to the Danish pool of trainers, facilitating DiscoverEU activities and working with diverse groups of young people strengthening the awareness and training young people to become multipliers of green mobility solutions. Moreover, facilitated at European Youth Council's Symposium on Young People, Democracy and Climate Change.

Earlier experiences include youth-led action research processes in Brazil and Colombia, as well as community-based trainings in Denmark focusing on participation, sustainability and local engagement.

My journey started with Recrear International, where I progressed from membership coordination to organisational development and co-organised conferences on Participatory Action Research with young people.

I have studied Social Research Methods including action research, participatory evaluation, researching childhood and youth and ethnographic research methods at University of Sussex.

My trainer path was strengthened through the Nordic Training of Trainers programme, which combined theory, practice and mentorship. I have also self-studied frameworks such as EntreComp and GreenComp to connect sustainability, entrepreneurship and ecological competences with training design.
