I worked for NGO's and civil initiatives. As an educator in Dutch parliament and as an organiser for The Tree Party Foundation and the Salvation Army. With extended experience as s trainer, project designer / manager, as an educational supervisor and a social worker (working in gardens and greens surroundings) my life's path guided me through both the working field of social inclusion, sustainability and citizenship and political education.

Through games and activities, and work assignments with homeless, refugees, schoolchildren, people with disabilities, teenagers, young professionals, convicted people in rehabilitation, companies, people with addictions, and sans-papiers I worked with many (types of groups) on many occasions.

As a political /civil societal educator was more focused on systems and communities. But change is always made on the individual (motivational, attitude) level, through connection, honest interest.
