Rose, bud, thorn

Objectives:
- Encouraging participants to give balanced feedback (positive, future, constructive), provide an easy tool also for smaller children to evaluate a workshop or other longer activity
Preparation:
Tools needed: Pictures of rose, rose bud and rose thorn on a wall/white board. Sticky notes.
Description
Ask participants to share (verbally or using sticky notes or whiteboard):
- something positive or well-done (rose)
- an idea with potential or something they’re looking forward to (rose bud)
- and a challenge or something that could be improved (rose thorn)
Smaller children can give their feedback verbally and the facilitator will write it on a sticky note
