Preparation:

Tools needed: A presentation of the method, maybe a ready list of acts. Materials to take notes.

Description

Requires 2 meetings and time in the community in between.

1st meeting: A general discussion about kindness and acts of kindness the group members have faced. Becoming familiar with the method. A brainstorming moment to think of ways and target groups for the acts in groups of individually.

Practical implementation in the community.

2nd meeting: A reflection in group afterwards: what was done and for whom? How did it feel? Did you see the response? How to keep doing this in the future?
