I am a trained biologist specialised in ecology, environmental mediation and mindfulness, and currently studying ecopsychology. I have worked as both a field educator and project coordinator in environmental education. With over 10 years of experience, I have managed regional projects, coordinated networks, and designed educational programs in Mexico and differente countries in Europe.

As Educational Project Manager at the Oceanographic Institute of Monaco, I trained a team of 15 educators and volunteers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to guide children, students, families, and older audiences in discovering the wonders of the ocean and its essential role in sustaining life on Earth. My goal was to foster a meaningful connection with the marine world and inspire future actions to protect it.

As a mindfulness and yoga teacher, I worked with the Secretariat for Women of the State of Guerrero on an itinerant campaign focused on stress reduction and burnout prevention.

More recently, in Zurich, Switezerland, I collaborated with the Swiss Red Cross to support refugee women in their self-healing journey, fostering reconnection with themselves, with others, and with the natural world.

I also had the opportunity to train teachers from both the Monégasque and French national education systems.
