My NGO experience began in 2022 with Frontline Youth Network, where I worked in communications and youth engagement. Since then, I have worked with several NGOs, including United Evergreens, OxYGen Foundation, and other civil society organizations, taking on roles in project coordination, communications, research, facilitation, and community engagement.
At United Evergreens, I currently coordinate environmental projects focused on environmental education, and community engagement. I have coordinated initiatives such as the Conservation Lab and contributed to the Women, Peace and Environmental Security initiative, including research and policy development on the intersection of gender, climate change, and environmental security in Armenia. My work has involved coordinating partners and teams, organizing events and trainings, conducting research, preparing reports, and supporting donor-funded projects.
