Walking pace
Objectives:
- Calming the mind with movement. Regulating the anxiety and stress. Concentrating on oneself but minding others and the nature around oneself.
Preparation: The activity can take place indoors or outdoors, a lot of space is needed to insure the safety.

Description
The facilitator instructs the participants to imagine a walking pace scale from 1 to 5, where 1 is the slowest and 5 is the fastest.
After that the facilitator starts to announce numbers, and the participants increase or decrease their walking pace accordingly. The participants keep up the pace until the next number is announced, minding other people and their safety in the space.
Variations
The participants walk backwards.
The participants move in any possible way in addition to walking (crawling, wriggling, jumping, tiptoeing...)
